Our Staff
Our staff has over 20 years of combined experience working in the care home industry, and 10 years of expertise in the personal care license industry. Our licensing experience includes personal care homes for the elderly and aging, group homes and host homes for the intellectually and developmentally disabled, home care agencies, child caring institutions and agencies, independent living programs, and mental health and substance abuse agencies.

Clients of EL Resiliente typically provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, mobility assistance, incontinence care, meal preparation, medication management, social support, exercise programs, and fall prevention for clients with varying needs. Caregivers are trained to offer stand-by assistance to full care depending on each client's individual needs. They also provide care for those with memory and cognitive impairments.
Companionship
Our clients often offer non-medical services such as participating in joyous activities, meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, errand running, transportation, grooming reminders, and 24-hour care. These services aim to provide mental stimulation, encourage physical and emotional well-being, and support daily living needs.
Respite
They also offer referrals to medical professionals and support groups, as well as 24-hour care and specialized care for seniors with Alzheimer's and dementia. Our client is locally owned and operated, allowing for a connection with the local community and personalized care services. They provide short-term relief for primary caregiver responsibilities, in-home or in hospice care, medical facilities, or assisted living centers.
Disabled Group Homes

In addition to the aforementioned forms of care, some of our clients choose to provide round the clock coverage with evening and overnight assistance, company for those who wake up frequently at night, support for Alzheimer's and dementia patients experiencing sundowning, personal care and routine assistance, support for sleepwalkers or wanderers, companionship to combat loneliness, household chores, meal preparation, errand running, and transportation to appointments.
